Meanwhile, COVID-19.

The widespread pandemic is a clear warning to those radical elements which have evolved exponentially over the centuries all over the world. This radicalism has turned this earth a worst place to live on. Apart from the physical health, the fear of this virus targets one's psychological strength. Antidotes are in trials and hopefully something positive will emerge from the kitty of renowned R&Ds in coming months. Subsequently, this R&D variable covers the physical part. But what about the psychological part. Will it ever bent away from the negative thought process after this pandemic is over? Israel through the Federal Reserve controls the economic metabolism of the world, and will nations ever be freed from these shackles of Capitalism? The largest economies are in great depression. Will they ever learn a lesson and stop thriving on the blood of the poor masses? Will these economies ever stop dancing on the tunes of capitalistic goons? You know, trillion dollar deals are signed between different countries for nuclear weapons, bio weapons and artillery. But will these so called sound economies ever collaborate with any poor nation and wipe-out its poverty completely? Whether a chai-walla, a white supremacist or any controlled-economic expert leads a country, it is more important for them to create a bunch of billionaires rather than feeding the hungry. And adaptability in politics is indispensable to them than the stability of the country. So will these diplomats ever revive the policy of human affairs and decelerate the art and intensity of conflict? Will there ever be checks to limit the range of activities of the colonial oppressors?
And finally will we ever regain our 1400 years back legacy and revive our lifestyle morally, ethically, economically, socially and politically!

The Wrath Upon Them Is Near!

The Wrath Upon Them Is Near! Somehow and sometime, in one way or the other, the wrath of the Almighty is near, and we do believe it is ought to come and it shall come upon the oppressors, and the tyrants, the autocrats also, for their oppression, brutality and despotism, and verily for  their illegal occupation, for the unlawful domicile, for the unending curfew, for the shackles with which they suppress the unheard voices, the whining, the cries, and the sighs; of the oppressed, in the discernible day light and in the middle  of the dead night. As the martyrs never die, so does the martyrdom always gleams, for the martyrs blood does not sleep, the blood in Kashmir is also awake! ©Mohsin Itoo. May, 2020. Freedom!

Freedom... Someday! At the brink of The weeping dusk. Amidst the hazy  And mournful Evening, Through the silvery Sailing skies, The moonlight will Fall into the Dal Lake, And a new ray Of hope will rise from The brassy heaven. And the rainbows Over here will not Bleed more. The Karbala of our  Sufferings will disappear. And I will sit on the  Bank of river Jhelum And will write the Story of my freedom! © Mohsin Itoo 05 June, 2020 ( A work of fiction )

Again You Will Be Remembered

Remembering... Again the silence prevailed Again the dead night came Again the darkness loomed Again the stars extinguished Again the hope fly in ashes Again the smiling face turned grey Again the thoughts put me in despair Again the birds stopped chirping Again the critics became excited Again the sadness put me in trauma Again the scars turned deadly Again the time left me broken Again the eyes washed with dust Again the moonlight seems whining Again the life starts melting Again the skin appears wrinkling Again the memories came Again the heart starts crying Again my love is waiting Again my feelings ache Again this night will come Again you will be remembered © Mohsin Itoo. 26th January, 2014. Once Upon A Time...

The fingerprints I left, the tears I shed All is smoke now & all is dead (To my mother) The prayers you have sent, The happiness you have burned, The tragedies you have tolerated, The moments you have decorated. Once upon a time, when special ones I left, Trifles of my people & your love with me I kept. (To my special ones) Standing on my broken thighs,  Churning me with core of sighs, When remembering your beautiful lies, And the deep ocean like eyes. Once upon a time, those beautiful days of my childhood Of broken & fragmented toys, only yielded a deadwood. (To my care takers) The years you devoted, The cries you quoted, The letters you wrote, Flinches the breath through my throat. (To my family) That  aalaw  of my mother,  & shared secrets with brother,  That usual scare of my father, & an ever lasting love with sister. Once upon a time, in a white, dark & dead winter, That warmth of  kangre  still keeps me hot & br...
